Registration for Season 2024 - Open  

Taringa Rovers Soccer FC


Thank you for your interest in registering for TRSFC for season 2024. Registration is a 2 step process. 

Registrations are open - please register in the following two places and in this order -

Step 1. Majestri - our in-house club registration system which allows us to manage players, allocate them to teams, and communicate with club members. This is where you pay your club registration fees or set up a payment plan. This does NOT include governing body fees which are the fees Football Queensland and Football Australia collect.

Step 2. Squadi. Step 2 - Use the Squadi App to register your player. In this App you will be invoiced for all affiliation fees for FQ/FA/insurance fees as set by the governing body for the relevant age group. 


When registering your player, it's important to note the distinction between Squadi and Taringa Rovers (TRSFC). Squadi involves separate fees so be mindful of the distinct charges associated with each.

Remember, players need to be registered in Squadi and have club fees fully paid or signed to a payment plan via the TRSFC website in order to participate in training or fixtures. 


Please note - complete payment of all fees is required before any player can train or play. Players will be considered active only upon receipt of Enrolment Fees and completion of the "Squadi" registration. Approval confirmation from the club will be communicated via email from Squadi. Without full payment made, signed up to a payment plan, you or your player will remain without registration with FQ and FA, lacking insurance coverage, and ineligible to participate in training or games.

Referee & Line Official's feesReferee training. Payment and Supervision. Tailored to specific age groups and playing levels to ensure fair and regulated matches.
Field UsageFee’s are structured relative to the amount of field usage per season per team. I.e. the more times a teams uses the field and facilities the higher the fee’s comparatively.
Field MaintenanceMowing, off season upgrades, fertilisation, weed and pest treatment, aeration, and precise line-marking to uphold the quality of our own fields at Jack Speare Park and Wacol. Machinery maintenance. Local Government Lease and other Fees.
Building, Fields & Clubhouse MaintenanceMaintenance and cleaning to keep our facilities in good condition for everyone to enjoy. On-going repair and upgrade of lighting, irrigation, water tanks etc. On-going liaison with Brisbane City Council regarding infrastructure, leases and grants.
Hiring & Leasing of Training FieldsAccess  Renting playing and training fields at Jack Cook Park and ISHS 
Coaching FeesClub Technical Director, Directors of Coaching (All Girls and Mini-Roo’s), Individual Coach development opportunities
Part-Time StaffFinancial, administration, and field maintenance , ensure the smooth operation of the club.
InsurancesPublic Liability & Professional Indemnity cover for player safety and club protection. Building and Facility Insurance.
UtilitiesField Electricity, Lighting, Telecommunications, Sewage, Water and Leases expenses to keep our facilities functional.
Club Development A per-player fee contributing to the club's constitution and overall membership to go towards longer term infrastructure upgrades.
Playing and Training EquipmentProvision of necessary equipment for effective playing of games and training sessions. (I.e. Goals, Nets, Balls, Bobs, Cones, etc)
Volunteer DevelopmentTraining and support for our Volunteers.
Administration CostsWebsite, Subscriptions, Data Management,  Audit Fee's, Bank Fee's, Office Expenses etc.
Federation Fee’sIndividual FFA and GQ Registration Fee’s (Paid through Squadi) plus club wide license and other mandatory FQ Fee’s.

TRSFC Fees Exclude - 

  • Players full uniforms unless within the FQ Academy and Adult Teams. See our uniforms page for additional uniform requirements per age group.
  • FQ/FA affiliation fees and player insurance, which must be paid separately through the Squadi App for all players in FQ teams (U6 to Metro Seniors). This registration is mandatory.
  • Excludes fines for team or individual misconduct.
  • Excludes forfeit fees applied by the affiliation if a team forfeits a game outside the specified period.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - FEE INFORMATION FOR FQ ACADEMY, FQPL & DEVELOPMENT
Players fees are a result of but not limited to- 
  • Longer training and playing season calendar, with twice or three weekly training sessions.
  • Minimum half field training field spaces per team for extended season incurs higher facility and overhead costs.
  • Higher referees' fees for FQPL, FQA & DEVELOPMENT teams.
  • Paid FFA Qualified coaches for ACADEMY, FQA, FQPL  teams.
  • Costs associated with yearly Academy Audit Process and FQ Academy License Fee’s
  • Full Training and Playing Uniforms provision.
  • Video Recording of Home Games
  • Strength and Conditioning training and education.
  • Training attendance and game time monitoring

TRSFC Refund Policy

At TRSFC we prioritise fairness and transparency in our dealings with our members. 


Initial Deposits:

Initial deposits paid to secure a position in a select team are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.


Enrolment Refunds:

Refund decisions will be made by the Club Management Committee on a case-by-case basis.  In cases where a refund is approved, an administrative fee of $30 will be deducted.


Refund Deadlines:

No Refunds will be given after 31 May for FQPL & Academy teams and 30 June 2024 for Metro Divisional teams.


Refund payments:

if approved, refunds must be forwarded to the Registrar by the following dates for payment as below: 


Wednesday 20/3 for payment on Tuesday 26/3/24
Wednesday 24/4 for payment on Tuesday 30/4/24

Wednesday 29/5 for payment on Tuesday 28/5/24



Affiliation Fees:

All affiliation fees paid to FFA and FQ via Squadi are NON-REFUNDABLE by the club.


Uniform Costs:

Costs associated with uniforms are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes any expenses related to the purchase.


Medical Circumstances:

In cases of injury or medical circumstances preventing a player from participating, the Club may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. A valid medical certificate may be required.
