FeesTerms and conditions

Sessions are over 6 weeks during term time.
Suitable for all levels of players we Develop individual skills enabling children to be more confident on the ball.
Skills include: Ball mastery, Running with the ball, 1 v 1s, First touch & striking the ball.
Sessions are set in a Fun environment and conclude with mini matches each week.

Mondays & Wednesdays only at Jack Speare Park.

MONDAYS FROM 6TH MAY TO 10TH JUNE
WEDNESDAYS FROM 8TH MAY TO 12TH JUNE.

Cost: $165 To ensure clarity regarding our pricing structure for the academy program, please note that the base cost remains $150. However, an additional $15 is added to cover the Goods and Services Tax (GST) that our club is required to charge. This brings the total amount invoiced to $165. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support as we remain committed to maintaining high standards and services that TRSFC strives to deliver.

Each session will be overseen by C-license coach Andy Dixon Director of coaching juniors.
Andy is a former professional player in England, Finland & Belgium and is in his 6th year as D.O.C.

Terms and conditions

  • Enrolment and Fees:

    a. Enrolment in the Academy is subject to availability and registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
    b. Participants must complete the registration process and pay the specified fees to secure their place in the Academy.
    c. Fees must be paid in full prior to the participant starting any session of the Academy.
    d. Failure to make payment in full may result in the participant being unable to participate.
    Schedule and Sessions:
    a. The Academy operates on afternoons mid-week and on the weekend, as specified by the Academy.
    b. The schedule and session timings are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Academy.
    c. Participants are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions and arriving on time.
    d. There are no refunds for missed sessions, regardless of the reason, including changes of mind, illness or decisions to move to another area.
    e. The Academy does not provide refunds for sessions affected by bad weather, rained out days, or when the fields are too wet to play.
    f. In such cases, a make-up day may be scheduled to compensate for the missed session.

    Refunds and Cancellations:
    a. All requests for enrolment refunds must be made in writing and submitted to Andy Dixon and/or the TRSFC Treasurer.
    b. Refunds will be determined by the TRSFC Management Committee on a case-by-case basis.
    c. In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, the refunded amount will remain within the academy or holiday camp fund for future use. It is important to note that refunds will not be transferable to the regular club season. The Club reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of $30.
    d. Refunds will only be considered for extenuating circumstances, such as injury, and not for personal reasons or preferences.

    Liability and Waiver:
    a. Participants understand and acknowledge that soccer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.
    b. The Academy and its staff will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants, but they will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the Academy.
    c. Participants, or their legal guardians if under 18 years of age, hereby release and discharge the Academy, its employees, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Academy.

    Modifications to Terms:
    a. The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice.
    b. Changes to the Terms become effective on the date they are posted.
    c. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms, but it is their responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
    b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
    By enrolling and participating in the soccer academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and conditions.
