TARINGA ROVERS HOLIDAY CLINIC
FOR U6 - U13 AGE GROUPS
(NON-TARINGA ROVERS PLAYERS ARE WELCOME)

VENUE: Jack Speare Park
COST: $185 per child
DURATION: 3 Days, 3-Hour Sessions

CLINIC SCHEDULE:

Day 1 & Day 2:
Fun games and skills development focusing on:

Running with the ball
Striking the ball
One v 1s
First touch
Day 3 (Ages 8+):
Mini World Cup competition with ball prizes for the winning team.

Day 3 (U6 & U7):
Mini World Cup competition with prizes for the winning team.

Drop-off available from 8:30 am

Zooper Doopers will be provided daily, and additional sunscreen will be available.

  • TRSFC Holiday Clinic – Terms and Conditions (2026)
    (Issued under the Football Queensland Sanctioning Policy 2026 and Football Australia Member Protection Framework)

    1. Overview
    The TRSFC Holiday Clinic is an FQ-sanctioned activity delivered under Taringa Rovers Soccer Football Club’s affiliation with Football Queensland. The clinic complies with the FQ Sanctioning Policy (2026), the Football Australia Member Protection Policy, and associated FQ operational standards, including the Heat, Lightning, and Code of Conduct policies.
    Participation is contingent upon:
    FQ sanction approval,
    valid player registration in Squadi and/or PlayFootball, and
    compliance with all FQ and FA regulations.

    2. Fees and Registration
    a. Clinic fee: $185 per participant (inc. GST), classified as a Commercial Event under the FQ Sanctioning Policy.
    b. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    c. Full payment is required upon registration. Enrolment is not confirmed until payment and registration are complete.
    d. Participants must register in Squadi before attending. New participants must complete temporary registration under the relevant FQ “Club Program” or “Holiday Clinic” product to ensure insurance coverage.
    e. The FQ Commercial Event Sanction Fee ($3.30/player) is included in the total cost.
    f. Failure to complete payment or registration before commencement will result in cancellation.
    g. Full payment must be received 3 days prior to the clinic start date. If full payment has not been received, the club will cancel your registration.

    3. Schedule and Operations
    a. The clinic runs for three consecutive mornings, 9:00 am–12:00 pm.
    b. TRSFC may alter session times or format due to weather, field conditions, or FQ directives.
    c. Attendance is the participant’s responsibility. Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited.
    d. Weather interruptions are managed per the FQ Heat Policy (2023) and FQ Lightning Policy (2022).
    e. TRSFC may offer, but is not obliged to provide, a make-up session.

    4. Refunds and Cancellations
    a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of Coaching or TRSFC Treasurer.
    b. Refunds are granted only in extenuating circumstances (e.g. verified injury or illness) and remain at TRSFC’s discretion.
    c. Approved refunds incur a $30 processing fee.
    d. No refunds are issued for change of mind, partial attendance, or weather-related cancellations compliant with FQ safety policies.
    e. If FQ sanction approval is not granted or revoked, TRSFC will provide a full refund.
    f. TRSFC may cancel or postpone the clinic for operational, safety, or compliance reasons. Liability is limited to refunding the participation fee.

    5. Eligibility and Compliance
    a. Open to children in MiniRoos and youth football age groups (U6–U13).
    b. All participants must:
    Be registered and active in Squadi, and either
    Hold current PlayFootball registration, or
    Complete the temporary registration process as directed by TRSFC.
    c. TRSFC reserves the right to verify registration status. Unregistered participants cannot participate.

    6. Insurance and Risk Acknowledgment
    a. The clinic is covered by Football Queensland’s insurance program, subject to each participant’s valid registration.
    b. Participants acknowledge the inherent physical risks of football and accept full responsibility for their participation.
    c. TRSFC, its officers, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except to the extent covered by Football Queensland’s insurance policy.
    d. By enrolling, participants (or guardians) release TRSFC and its representatives from all claims arising from participation, except where otherwise required by law.

    7. Child Safety and Blue Card Compliance
    a. All TRSFC staff, coaches, and volunteers hold valid Working with Children (Blue Card) clearances and are recorded in Squadi.
    b. TRSFC complies with the Football Australia Member Protection Framework and maintains a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
    c. Concerns can be raised confidentially via mpio@taringarovers.com.au.

    8. Amendments
    TRSFC may amend these Terms to maintain compliance with Football Queensland and Football Australia policies. Updates will be published on the TRSFC website.

    9. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

    By enrolling, participants and guardians confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and all applicable FQ and FA policies.

    By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree that:

    I have read, understood, and accepted the TRSFC Holiday Clinic Terms and Conditions (2026), available on the Taringa Rovers Soccer Football Club website.

    I understand that participation is contingent upon Football Queensland sanction approval and my child’s valid registration in Squadi and/or PlayFootball.

    I understand that Football Queensland’s insurance coverage applies only to registered participants and that I am responsible for ensuring registration is complete prior to participation.

    I acknowledge that football involves inherent physical risks. I release and indemnify Taringa Rovers Soccer Football Club (TRSFC), its staff, volunteers, and officials from all liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the clinic, except where covered by Football Queensland’s insurance or otherwise required by law.

    I consent to TRSFC collecting and using my personal information for clinic administration and compliance purposes in accordance with Football Queensland and Football Australia policies.

    If the clinic is cancelled or rescheduled by TRSFC for safety, operational, or compliance reasons, I accept that TRSFC’s liability is limited to refunding the clinic fee.
