Terms and conditions

• TRSFC Holiday Clinic – Terms and Conditions
  1. Fees
  a. Enrolment is subject to availability and will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
  b. All fees must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before the first clinic session.
  c. The clinic reserves the right to cancel any unpaid registration after this deadline.
  d. Participants who attend without having paid in full will be invoiced the full clinic fee.
  e. Participants who register but do not attend remain liable for the full fee unless a cancellation request is formally approved (see section 2).
  
  2. Cancellations and Credits
  a. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  b. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Andy Dixon and/or the TRSFC Treasurer.
  c. If a cancellation request is approved, the clinic fee will be retained as a credit on the participant’s account for use at a future TRSFC clinic.
  d. Credits will only be considered in the following cases:
  
  Cancellations received at least 5 days before the clinic start date
  Injury or illness, supported by a valid medical certificate
  e. No credits will be issued for:
  Cancellations made less than 7 days before the clinic
  Non-attendance, partial attendance, or change of mind
  Weather-related cancellations or unplayable field conditions
  f. Clinic costs are fixed based on enrolment numbers. Late withdrawals do not reduce those costs and therefore remain payable.
  3. Schedule and Sessions
  a. The clinic operates from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day.
  b. The clinic reserves the right to modify the schedule or session times at its sole discretion.
  c. Participants are responsible for arriving on time and attending all scheduled sessions.
  d. No credits will be provided for missed sessions for any reason.
  e. Sessions cancelled due to weather or field conditions are not eligible for credits. Where possible, a make-up session may be scheduled, but this is not guaranteed.
  
  4. Liability and Waiver
  a. Participants acknowledge that soccer carries inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury.
  b. The clinic will take reasonable steps to ensure participant safety but accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage incurred during the clinic.
  c. By enrolling, participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) release TRSFC, its staff, coaches, and volunteers from any and all liability relating to participation in the clinic.
  
  5. Modifications to Terms
  a. TRSFC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.
  b. Changes take effect immediately upon being published.
  c. Participants will be notified of material changes, but it is their responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
  
  6. Governing Law
  a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  b. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
  
  By enrolling in the TRSFC Holiday Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
