Join us for a special evening to celebrate our senior teams' hard work and achievements! This is a night for our community to come together, enjoy great food, listen to live music, and recognise the season's successes.
Event Details
1. Attire: Smart casual
2. Dinner: A seated dinner
3. Guests: Members are welcome to bring supporters (family, friends, or partners)
4. Start Time: 6 pm
5. Entertainment: A fantastic local band is performing.
6. Cost: $40 per person
7. Dietary Requirements: We will do our best to accommodate requests; please let us know when booking.
Who Can Attend
This event is open to all senior players from our Metro teams, FQPL2, U23's, Senior Men and Women, and Masters. Guests are welcome. If a guest is under 18, they must wear a club-supplied wristband for the evening, as alcohol will be served.
Ticket Policy
Since this is a catered event, tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend; just be sure to notify us with the updated details at least 24 hours before the event.

Event Date
The TRSFC Seniors Presentation Dinner will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2026, at the TRSFC clubhouse.
Ticket Price
Tickets are $40 per person. This includes entry to the event, a sit-down buffet, and evening entertainment.
Ticket Purchase and Payment
Tickets must be purchased in advance. We will not sell tickets at the door.
Payment is due at the time of registration. If no payment is received two weeks prior to the event (by October 4, 2026), your registration will be automatically cancelled. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Plus One or More
Each member may bring guests.
Both the member and the guest(s) must purchase a ticket.
The names of both the member and the guest(s) must be provided at the time of purchase.
Refund and Transfer Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by TRSFC.
Since this is a catered event, tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. To do so, you must notify TRSFC with the new attendee’s details at least 24 hours before the event.
Dress Code
The event has a smart casual dress code. Attendees are expected to dress appropriately for the occasion.
Alcohol
This is an adults-only event, and alcohol will be served. Attendees must be 18 years or older, and proof of age may be required upon entry.
Attendance and Code of Conduct
By attending the event, you agree to adhere to the club’s code of conduct. TRSFC reserves the right to remove any attendee who does not comply with this code.
Health and Safety
TRSFC will comply with all relevant health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. Attendees are expected to follow any protocols, such as mask-wearing or distancing, if applicable.
Changes to the Event
TRSFC reserves the right to change event details, including the venue, timing, or entertainment, if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
