Terms and conditions

• Enrolment :
  
  a. Enrolment in the activity is subject to availability and registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  
  Liability and Waiver:
  a. Participants understand and acknowledge that soccer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.
  b. TRSFC will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants, but they will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the Academy.
  c. Participants, or their legal guardians if under 18 years of age, hereby release and discharge TRSFC, its employees, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the sessions.
  d. No child is to be left at the activity without prior agreement and notice with the organisers
  
  
  Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
  By enrolling and participating in the soccer academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and conditions.
