Kick Off Term 2 - 2024

Taringa Rovers Soccer FC

Our Miniroos Kick-Off Program for 4 to 5-year-olds is now open for registrations for term 2.

Led by our passionate and qualified coaches, this program promises a fun Saturday morning at TRSFC.

Here's what you need to know:

 What: Miniroos Kick-Off Program - A Skills-Based Football Program for 4 - 5 year olds (2019 and 2020 birth years)
When: Saturdays starting 20th April, 2024.
Where: Jack Speare Park Field 1 closest to the clubhouse (see the Playing Map).
 Time: 8:30 - 9:30 am
Uniform: Participants receive a TRSFC training shirt which they are asked to wear to each session.
What to bring: hat and waterbottle please.

Uniforms are not compulsory for the Kick-Off Program. If you'd like to gear up, you can purchase socks and shorts via the uniforms link on our website, in addition to other exclusive club gear.

Parents/caregivers, as your kids enjoy the sessions, you'll have the chance to connect with other families in the community. It's a win-win for everyone

Don't miss out on this opportunity to kick off your child's soccer journey with TRSFC! Spaces are limited, secure your spot today. For more information and registration, visit our website or contact our u6 - 8 coordinator.

Kick-Off players are provided a club shirt which they are to wear when they participate in the program. This enables our dedicated coaches to recognize who the Kick Off players are on the field.

Kick Off participants are encouraged to wear the club’s Junior playing kit, the same one that is worn by all U6-U11 players. This means that should a player remain with the club they can wear the same uniform in future years, rather than having a separate uniform just for the Kick-Off program.

However, we understand that it is a significant cost if your child decides not to continue. If you do decide to purchase the uniform, remember you only need shorts and socks. A playing shirt is provided.

Bucket Hats are optional but encouraged. Please ensure your player has shin pads

Football boots and shinpads are not required for the Kick-Off program. Normal sports joggers are adequate.

If you would like to purchase uniforms you are welcome to order from our supplier Statewide Sports.

See the UNIFORMS tab on our website for details.
