Girls

Taringa Rovers offers girls the opportunity to play from the youngest age of U6 through to Senior Women's. Taringa girls can play in either a mixed gender team or an all girls team when available. We also offer Girls only Academy training where girls can learn new skills before playing in a team and a competition, or develop their skills further.

Girls are also encouraged to referee and coach if they are keen!

We have a Taringa Girls Sub-Committee where we specifically discuss the challenges on the girls side of the Club and work on actions to overcome these challenges. Please contact Janet at taringaroversdivisionals@gmail.com for more info.

All Girls Teams

Taringa Rovers SFC offers the opportunity for girls to play in an all-girls team and competition within Brisbane as an alternative to playing in the mixed-gender competition.

Whether you are new to football, just moved to Brisbane, or looking for the next challenge, Taringa Rovers SFC can cater to your needs.

Taringa Rovers SFC is serious about increasing the number of talented female players across all age groups. Last season saw Taringa Rovers field all-girls teams in the U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 and U15 competitions.

All-girls teams play in all-girl competitions where available. Female players at a Junior level still have the option of electing to play either in a mixed-gender team (i.e. made up of boys and girls) or an all-girl team.

Players of all levels can be catered for, so if you are a proud, female player or parent, why not bring along your friends to enjoy football in a friendly atmosphere at Taringa Rovers?
