Taringa Rovers has always fielded strong women’s teams, with a mixture of competitive and social pathways to cater for all abilities.
After a very successful 2021 season, securing the premierships in the Women’s Capital League and Women’s Capital League reserves, as well as a grand final win for our Capital League team, the club is excited to accept the promotion to FQPL2 in 2022. The FQPL2 team will be supported by an U23s Reserves team. These players are expected to attend two training sessions per week plus match day.
Social Opportunities
Taringa Rovers Soccer FC
If you would prefer to play in a more social environment, TRSFC hopes to again field at least one Women’s Metro League team (previously known as City League). This team trains once per week and matches are on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). If you are interested in playing in the Metro League team, then please contact seniorwomen@taringarovers.com.au
If you would rather not commit to weekly matches, but still wish to give football a go, then there are opportunities throughout the year to join our Women’s social clinics. More information can be found here: https://www.taringarovers.com.au/wspWomensSocialFootball.aspx
